- 1 vanilla bean
- 12oz white chocolate, chopped into small pieces, plus
some for garnish
- 4oz Godiva White Chocolate Liquer
- 4oz licor 43
- additional-vanilla vodka syrup, or vanila syrup, or
simple syrup
- Cocoa powder for garnish
- milk 24 oz
- Mugs
- pinch of salt
- Whipped cream or marshmallow

Shave the white chocolate with a
vegetable peeler, set the shavings aside. Place the milk, syrup, and
salt in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring
regularly, until the mixture is hot, about 5 minutes. Split the
vanilla bean lengthwise, scrape out the seeds, and add them to the
pot. Save the leftover bean for another use. Add the white chocolate
and cook, stirring constantly, until the chocolate has melted
completely. Stir in the liquors, if desired, and ladle into mugs.
Top with whipped cream, sprinkle with cocoa powder, and
serve |
