Sesame flank steak
  This recipe is suited to fit the authors' family's taste  
Makes 8 servings

  • .25 cup toasted sesame seeds

  • .25cup thinly sliced green onions

  • 1.5 lb flank steak

  • 1tbsp brown sugar

  • 1tbsp ground ginger

  • 1tsp ground mustard

  • 1tsp worcestershire sauce

  • 2tbsp vegetable oil

  • 3 minced garlic cloves

  • 3tbsp soy sauce

Score Steak(cut fancy looking slices into it) and place in a large shallow glass container or resealable plastic bag. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over the meat. cover or seal and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Drain and discard marinade. Grill steak, covered, over medium heat until the meat reaches desired doneness. For rare, meat thermometer should read 160degrees. Medium 160degrees. Well done 170degrees. Thinly slide across the grain.
