- .25 cup finely chopped onion
- .5tsp dill weed
- .5tsp dried parsley flakes
- .5tsp dried tarragon
- .5tsp lemon pepper seasoning
- .75 cup chicken broth
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1.5cups water
- 2tbsp butter or margarine
- 4 salmon steaks, one inch thick
- Sauce- .25 cup plain yougurt
- Sauce- .25 mayonnaise
- Sauce- .5 cup finely chopped zuchini
- Sauce- 2tbsp chopped green
onions

In a large skillet, saute onion and
garlic in butter. Add the water broth and seasonings. Add salmon,
bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or
until fish flakes easily with a fork. Meanwhile, in a small bowl,
combine the sauce ingredients. Serve with the
salmon. |
