- 12oz coconut rum
- 12oz pineapple juice
- 12oz white rum
- 4cups crushed ice
- 4oz grenadine
- 6oz coco lopez cream of coconut
- 6oz coconut milk

The base can be made up to 8hrs
ahead of time, and stored in the fridge. In a large pitcher, combine
all the ingredients except to ice and grenadine. Process in a
blender in two batches, using 24oz of mix and two cups of crushed
ice per batch. Blend until smooth. Pour into the hurricane glasses.
Float 1oz grenadine on each and watch the lava
flow. |
