Bloody Mary 1
  Every bartender has their own personal version of this drink. And every bartender swears up and down it is the best in the world. Here's one  
Makes eight 7oz drinks

  • .5 tsp smoked paprika - mix

  • .5tsp kosher salt - mix

  • .5tsp sweet paprika - mix

  • 1 heaping tsp celery salt - mix

  • 1 lemon or lime wedge

  • 1tbsp worcestershire sauce - mix

  • 1tsp fresh ground pepper - mix

  • 2 heaping tbsp prepared horseradish - mix

  • 24oz vodka

  • 2oz fresh lemon juice - mix

  • 2oz fresh lime juice - mix

  • 2tbsp celery salt

  • 32oz tomato juice - mix

  • 4tsp tabasco sauce - mix

  • 8 long pickles or pickled carrots or fresh cucumber spears for garnish

  • ice for serving

The mix can be made 3 to 4 days ahead and refrigerated. After that is just goes bad. To prepare the max, combine all the ingredients for the mix in a tight fitting lid. Close the pitcher and shake shake shake. When ready to serve, rim the outer edge of a rocks glass with the celery salt. Fill each glass with ice cubes, fill one-third of the way with vodka, and top off with the Bloody mary mix. Add the garnish of choice and serve. Also try replacing te regular vodka with some basil infused vodka. Thats an additional recipe its own
